We are adjusting the volume on Ebay to reflect the new business decisions they have instilled on sellers (we dislike them). Since 1999 we have used Ebay as an outlet for many items, from antiques to new old stock items. We rolled with changes and updates, we tried hard to understand the pressure Ebay placed on sellers but mostly we worked hard.
This month (July) we are going to try a new format for sales, out own website. This will take awhile to build, however the girls are going to share time between our website and other online venues. The listing will be clean and well pictured, you can send us offers via email and we can ship (free of charge) to you.
As the listings increase please check them out, we will continue, for now, with books and clothing on Ebay, however the place to watch will be the store tab at WWW.HOULTONSTAMPANDCOIN.COM Tell your friends, tell your enemies, but most importantly spread the word for us, please.
A big thanks to the crew this month. Gene, Mumbles and Diamond Dave have pounded out the barns, houses and yard sales this month. The store is jammed with antiques from a local Linneus estate, from barrels to sleighs the boys dug it all out. Angie and Carolyn have really afforded us some free time as they have loaded the goods online, we can not say enough good things about all these folks.
Congratulations to Angie on her home purchase and Carolyn on her graduation, we will miss her next fall as she goes to Florida for college.
